How do I refund the renter?

If a renter cancels before collection, the deposit will be returned to them (if it has been taken) and they will be automatically refunded according to your Cancellation Policy. Both parties will have to agree to the cancellation.

 

If a renter wishes to cancel during a rental, they will have to request this for the owner to accept. Once they have returned the item to you the above will apply.
