How do I report a user?

If you have felt that a user has not complied with ours Terms of Service, or you think that they need to be reported for any other reason, please email us on info@rentmy.com.


You may need to report a user because of:

  • Inappropriate behaviour or content
  • Abusive or harassing behaviour
  • Fraudulent activity (including things like, soliciting off platform rentals, self referring and advertising fake items)

The RentMy team will review your complaint and get back to you within a few days. By reporting a user you are marking their account which may effect their future usage on RentMy, so please only do so if the above applies.
