1. Taking good photos
The better your photos and the more photos you include, the more rentals you’ll get - simples! Make sure they are of your actual item rather than stock photos and try to ensure they are the right way round too.
2. Describe your items accurately
Be thorough in your description and write a title that match what renters might be searching for. Describe the condition, features and any additional details of your item as accurately as possible.
3. Lower your prices
You set the price! So if other items are cheaper than yours, they are more likely to be booked - it's worth having a look at similar listings before setting your price and you can always come back and change it.
4. Be quick with replies
We live in the Amazon age where (in some cities) you can order an item online and have it delivered the same day! People have come to expect a quicker response time with digital messaging, so not taking too long to reply to messages will help increase bookings.
