How can I keep my account secure?

Make sure your password is at least 8 characters long and try to use a mix of letters, numbers and special characters (for example: !, @, *). The password you use for RentMy should be different to other passwords you use and it is always a good idea to change all your passwords on a regular basis.

If you think your account has been compromised, make sure you change your password. You can also contact one of the team on support@rentmy.com should you have any security concerns.

Off-site payments and messages

RentMy will never ask you to exchange money or make a payment outside of the RentMy site. Likewise, we will never send you login or password information over email.

It’s a good idea not to share your email address or contact number before a booking is confirmed.
